Singkat crita: pertama marketingnya nelfon gue setuju untuk langganan bolt unlimited 199k/month. Pas tagihan bolt bulan pertama muncul eh ditagihnya yg 20gb 99k/month. Gue telfon deh itu FM untuk konfirmasi malahan gue disuruh bayar biaya tambahan untuk ganti ke bolt yg unlimited. Langsung gue jawab: mas saya setuju dengan paket yg unlimited 199k unlimited. Kalo yg 20gb saya ga butuh. Ini kesalahan marketing bolt FM kok malah saya disuruh bayar untuk kebodohannya. Ini namanya nipu. Pelayanan FM emang makin lama makin bobrok. Trus gue tutup. Haha Jadi better jangan diangkat.

Dia bilang, paket yang dia tawarkan beda dengan bolt resmi. Karena paket bolt dia tidak ada penalty. Karena dia memaksa, saya jadi curiga dan minta di email penawaran tadi. Dia sedikit terkejut dan nada mulai tinggi. Gw jadi heran ini mau nawarin barang apa ngajak berantem yah ????????????
